Entrance - Large open plan living space.

Living area & Kitchen The western kitchen and open-plan dining room includes a ten-seater dining room table, L-shaped multi-seater couch and adjoining outdoor courtyard area.

Locally made Thai art and decorations adorn all living areas and complete this area’s natural feel. The open kitchen adjacent to the living area is modern and features a granite-finish kitchen bench top. Built-in cupboards complement a large pantry before an exit to a second outside kitchen area, suitable for preparing large dinner parties.

Walk out through to the back of the dining and living room area to the outdoor covered deck which features the outdoor Kitchen, Bar area with stools and seating area with views over the garden and pool.

Movie & Reading Room This room connected via a hallway from the main living area is a perfect room for kids and adults to watch a movie, play games or read from our selection of books. It a favourite get away when its either too hot or on a rainy day.

The plot is split into two main areas. The upper part hosts all the living space including kitchen, movie room, living room and terraces. The lower part hosts the 5 en-suite bedrooms to ensure guests can separate entertainment with rest.

Bedrooms
Master Beautifully finished in a modern natural theme, matching artwork and magnificent views over to the pool and surrounding jungle canopied garden. This incredibly private master bedroom also features a a large open plan bathroom with walk-in closet. The en-suite bathroom in the master bedroom features a fabulous Italian design with twin basins, corner bath, W.C. and large walk in shower.

All the other 4 bedrooms are king-sized and host local modern art, en-suite and pool views.

The entire ground level of this villa is a great space for swim-safe children to entertain themselves and enjoy access to the pool from, their bedrooms, private bathrooms, and the pool room.

On rainy days the games room offers a great space to nest with the family and enjoy movies on the big screen tv (w/ netflix) or play some family bonding games.
